Terms & Conditions and Policies

Welcome to Exclusivez Sports Training. By booking a session, purchasing a membership, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

 1. Booking & Payment

• All training sessions must be scheduled in advance through our website or booking system.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• We accept major credit/debit cards through our secure payment processor (e.g., Stripe/Square).

 

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full credit or reschedule. • No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

• In the event of weather cancellations or coach emergencies, clients will be offered a makeup session or credit.

 

3. Safety & Conduct

• Athletes must arrive on time and dressed appropriately for physical activity.

• Exclusivez Sports Training reserves the right to remove any participant due to misconduct or unsafe behavior.

• A parent or guardian must be available for athletes under 18 in case of emergency.

 

4. Health Disclaimer

• All athletes must be physically fit to participate. By attending, you agree that Exclusivez Sports Training is not liable for injuries sustained during training.

• Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before your session.

 

5. Membership Terms 

• Memberships are billed monthly or according to the plan selected.

• Sessions do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellation of a membership must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

 6. Media Consent

• By attending sessions, you consent to the use of training photos/videos for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
