1. What sports do you train for?

 

We currently offer skill development and performance training for volleyball and lacrosse athletes of all levels, from beginners to advanced players.

 

 

2. What ages do you train?

 

We work with athletes as young as age 6 through high school and early college. Sessions are grouped by age and skill level to ensure safety and effectiveness.

 

 

3. Do I need experience to join?

 

No experience is necessary! We offer beginner-level camps and sessions that focus on fundamentals and confidence building.

 

 

4. What should my athlete bring to training?

• Water bottle

• Athletic shoes or cleats (depending on sport)

• Stick for lacrosse / knee pads for volleyball (if needed)

• Positive attitude and willingness to work hard!

 

 

5. Where are sessions held?

 

Sessions are held in the Houston area(s). Locations are confirmed during booking.

 

 

6. What’s your cancellation policy?

 

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

 

 

7. Do you offer private training?

 

Yes! We offer 1-on-1 and small group training with customized drills and focused attention. Check the Training Sessions page for options.

 

 

8. How do memberships work?

 

Memberships provide monthly access to sessions at a discounted rate. They include exclusive perks like early booking and priority scheduling. See the Membership Plans page for details.

 

 

9. Can parents stay and watch?

 

Yes—parents are welcome to watch, but we ask that you give athletes space to focus and grow during sessions.
